The B.H. Zais Award

The B.H. Zais Award was a past NAIFA-Vermont award that saluted a member of NAIFA-VT who, over a period of time, had made distinguished and memorable contributions to society, to the community, and to the life insurance profession.

Established in 1971 in honor of Past President, Bernard H. Zais, the award represented the highest recognition the Association can bestow on one of it's members.

The citation presented with the award read:

For meritorious service and unselfish devotion to society and fellow-man and for the advancement of the highest ideals and principles of the profession of life underwriting through sales and service of life and health insurance products.
